5 EVENT REMINDER EMAILS TO CUSTOMIZE

5 Event Reminder Emails To Customize

Once people have registered for one of your events, you may think your job is done here. But people tend to forget events like these because they are very busy. In order to maximize the number of attendees, it is important to send out a few reminders via email, social media, or other outlets. Keep reading this blog for 5 event reminder email templates that you can customize to send out to your customers.

Email #1: Initial invitation email

Your initial email invitation should be introducing the event to your customers and providing them with sufficient details. Make sure to include your event title, description (or topics covered), date, time, registration link, and the speakers that will be presenting. Your initial invitation email should be sent out at least a few weeks before your upcoming event. Since there is some time until your event date, a great way to get customers to register in the first email is to prompt them to ā€˜save their seat’ and let them know that they will gain access to the recording if they register that day.
